Since 2005, I have had the pleasure of working at this wonderful preschool. My daughter, Lydia, and I came to St. Luke's the same year -- another St. Luke's staff alumna! I earned my degree in Biology (with Secondary Education Certification) from Bridgewater College. Teaching Biology in Nelson County, VA for many years, I grew to appreciate how important and rewarding it is to use a child's natural curiosity as the basis for lifelong learning. At St. Luke's, I have taught in both 4's and Junior Kindergarten classes through the years before joining the administration staff. I am honored to serve as Assistant Director within this special school community.
