I am happy to be joining the wonderful staff at St. Luke's as an assistant teacher. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education from Radford University. I have taught preschool as well as first and second grade in Maryland Public Schools. I enjoyed staying home with my children, who are now grown. I'm proud to say my son is a St. Luke's graduate! I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, especially my grand daughter, Hallie.

I attended VCU/MCV and received my BSN in 1989. I worked as a pediatric nurse at MCV for nine years. We moved back to Richmond in 2003. I started working as a 4's assistant teacher in 2007 when my youngest daughter was in the 4's program. My daughter, Katie, started attending St. Luke's in the 2 1/2 year old program and she just loved it. I truly love working with children and have so enjoyed all the children, families, and the staff that I have come to know at St. Luke's!
