Our Programs
Our teachers develop skills and cover objectives for each age group through the use of thematic units. The skills and objectives are derived and adapted from Virginia's Foundation Blocks for Early Learning.
Toddler Program
The objectives for the children in the Toddler program are ongoing. The teachers and children get to know
each other through playful interaction which helps create a caring and loving bond. The teachers then begin
to have specific activities which help the students to develop cognitively, socially, emotionally, physically, and
spiritually. St. Luke's is one of the few area preschools that offers a program for one year olds, with the option of one day or two days/ week.
